Casa Santos Hotel - Todos Santos

At first, casa santos seemed good, but then the freezing pool and one uncomfortable chair ruined everything. I almost gave a good review, but how can i when they didn't even offer me an upgrade for my troubles? Absolutely unacceptable. Guess i won't be returning, tho they seemed busy giving special treatment to others.

The hotel was beautiful and overlooked mountain. The staff was amazingly nice all day long. Booked a suite with climate control, a private safe, and a dining area. Location: the property was near to Todos Santos and the area has to offer, and the beach.

The facility is beautiful and naturally charming.

The pool was freezing cold, disappointing. Opening the entrance door was a challenge every time we left the room. Though we liked the charming road, it was dusty and bumpy were good.

The suite we stayed in was beautifully designed, offering amazing views of the sunset over the ocean. The homemade breakfast featured local flavors, which our family loved. The pool area provided a fantastic spot for relaxation while the kids enjoyed swimming.

The dirt road leading to the hotel was quite bumpy, making every drive feel a bit less comfy.

Perfect spot for a quick trip to Todos Santos with excellent value. The hosts were very attentive, and I appreciated how they were always available to help. Just be ready for a bumpy ride down the dirt road leading there.

The views from my Beautiful Suite were fine, especially at sunset 😍 The homemade breakfast with plantain snacks was a good treat each morning. A little noisy fan but no biggie. Would totally return!
